Questions about these terms: hello@ieremotejob.com

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Ireland Remote Job is a business brand operated by Ad Pilot Limited and is not a separate legal entity. Ad Pilot Limited owns and manages the Ireland Remote Job business operations conducted through ieremotejob.com.

Ad Pilot Limited is responsible for the services and programme advertised through Ireland Remote Job, including website operations, applicant acquisition, application processing, onboarding, programme administration and participant support.

The Google Ads campaigns directing users to ieremotejob.com are operated for Ad Pilot Limited's own Ireland Remote Job business and are not campaigns operated on behalf of an unrelated third-party advertiser. Ad Pilot Limited is therefore the first-party business responsible for the services advertised through ieremotejob.com.

These terms apply to your use of ieremotejob.com and, if your application is accepted, your participation in the Ireland Remote Job programme. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility and applications

You must be resident in Ireland and at least 18 years old to apply. Applications are reviewed by our team and acceptance is not guaranteed.

You confirm that the information you provide in your application and during onboarding is accurate and complete. We may decline or end a participation where information is found to be misleading.

Identity verification is part of onboarding. Without it, we cannot open task access or process payments.

3. Your status and how work works

Participants work as self-employed independent contractors. You are not an employee of, agent of, or partner with Ad Pilot Limited, and you are responsible for your own tax affairs, including registering with Revenue and declaring your earnings.

You choose which tasks to accept. Accepting a task creates an obligation to complete it to the quality standard described in the task brief.

There is no minimum or maximum number of hours. Participation remains active as long as you complete at least one task in any 90-day period.

4. Pay

Each task displays its pay before you accept it. Approved work is paid in euro by SEPA transfer, subject to the minimum withdrawal stated on the platform.

We never charge joining, subscription or withdrawal fees above the stated minimum.

If a task is rejected for failing to meet the brief's quality standard, you will receive specific feedback and, where possible, the chance to redo it. Payment is made only for approved work.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit work you did not complete yourself, use automated tools to complete tasks, share client materials outside the platform, or create more than one account per person.

Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of ieremotejob.com or circumvent any security or verification measure.

Breaching this section may lead to immediate termination and withholding of payment for work affected by the breach.

6. Ending participation

You may stop participating at any time by written notice to hello@ieremotejob.com. Approved but unpaid work will be paid on the next payout date.

We may suspend or end participation for breach of these terms, for quality or fraud concerns, or where required by law. We will give reasons where we reasonably can.

7. Intellectual property

The Ireland Remote Job name, site content, training materials and task briefs belong to Ad Pilot Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused outside the programme without written permission.

Work you submit and have approved is delivered to the relevant client under the terms of the task brief; you retain no further rights in delivered deliverables beyond those stated in the brief.

8. Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee a minimum volume of available tasks or a minimum income; earnings depend entirely on the tasks you accept and complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Ad Pilot Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the site or participation in the programme.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms or the programme can be sent to hello@ieremotejob.com, or by post to Ad Pilot Limited, Dockgate, Merchants Road, Galway, H91 X2R6, Ireland.
